Hi, I'm Steven.

After decades as an engineer, I thought retirement would mean slowing down. What I didn't expect was finally having time to look around my own home — and noticing how much of it just… didn't work.

Cluttered corners. Spaces that felt heavy instead of restful. Things that had been "good enough" for years but never actually solved the problem.

As an engineer, I'm wired to fix things. Not with complicated solutions — but with the right solutions. Simple, solid, thoughtful products that would make my home measurably easier to live in.

That's why I started Kindred Home and Studio. Every product here passes one filter: does this item actually make someone's day better? If it doesn't, it doesn't belong here.
