Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: $8.00 (6–15 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $15.00
  • Free Standard Shipping on all US orders $70.00 and above
  • Free Shipping (3–6 business days) — available on select items at checkout

International Shipping: We ship to 27 countries: AE, AT, AU, BE, CA, CH, CZ, DE, DK, ES, FI, FR, GB, HK, IE, IL, IT, JP, KR, MY, NL, NO, NZ, PL, PT, SE, SG.

International shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your destination and package weight. Carriers: USPS and DHL Express.

Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days for international orders.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country.

These charges are not collected by Kindred Home and Studio at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Estimated rates by region: (subject to change based on local customs authority):

  • EU: 0–12% duty / 20–25% VAT
  • UK: 0–12% duty / 20% VAT
  • Canada: 0–18% duty / 5–15% GST/HST
  • Australia: 0–10% duty / 10% GST
  • Japan: 0–10% duty / 10% JCT
  • Other countries: varies

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. If you don't receive tracking within 5 business days, contact us at support@kindredhomeandstudio.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages: Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date if your package is lost or damaged.

Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages: If a package is refused or unclaimed, the carrier will attempt to return it to us — a process that can take 2–6 weeks. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.
